The 2023 Massachusetts Freight Plan is a planning document that will define short and long-term vision for the multimodal freight system in the Commonwealth. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is hosting the first public informational meeting Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6 p.m. as part of the development of the 2023 Massachusetts Freight Plan. At this meeting, the study team will review the 2017 Freight Plan, provide an overview of the planning process, and engage attendees in a discussion of the vision and goals for the Plan.
