2020 Census Complete Count Committee Meeting
On November 14, 2018, the 2020 Census Complete Count Committee Meeting held an informative meeting concerning the upcoming 2020 census. Three speakers were on hand to share and present information pertaining to the upcoming 2020 census.
Georgia Lowe is the New York Region Supervisory Partnership Specialist for US Census Bureau. Here, she presents on the 2020 Census process including why the Census is such an important process, and how this year is different from years past. Click here to view presentation.
Susan Strate is the Population Estimate Program Manager for the UMass Donahue Institute. In this video she presents on the Donahue Institute’s new tool that will allow us to better understand hard-to-reach populations for the 2020 Census. Click here to view presentation.
Ann Lynch is an Assistant Attorney General of Massachusetts working on the Attorney General Healey’s lawsuit challenging the last-minute addition of a citizenship question to the Census. In her presentation to the Complete Count Committee she provides an overview and update of the case.
